    KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Responsible for the smooth running of all HR operations and functions, including Leadership and Management development, employee training and development, career and succession planning and reward and remuneration policies;
    2. Establish and maintain a recruitment service which identifies and hires individuals who possess skills and abilities to grow within the organization, and who contribute to business target;
    3. Set up / Maintain / Update HR company policies
    4. Ensure compliance/Grievance Handling with statutory and local labor laws on employment terms, conditions, and related issues.
    5. Promote/build up company culture, increase employee satisfaction level through various employee activities, company culture communication sessions, reward and recognition programs, employee connect
    6. Responsible for routine HR management and process, including, on boarding Process, employee information update, files maintenance, status changing, Payroll & leave management, labor contract signature and so on;
    7. Effective communication with headquarter HR team to implement corporate policies,initiatives and programs;
    8. Look after administration related activities like maintain housekeeping and hygiene of premises, Vendor Management, upkeep of Company assets, renewal of licenses
    9. Ensure employee welfare measures like insurance and Mediclaim records.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related disciplines;
    2. 10+ years HR working experience with no less than 3 years in management responsibilities;
    3. Must have knowledge of local labor law, legal regulations, compensation and benefits, employee relationship, HR audit process
    4. Demonstrate good communication skills be flexible to adapt strategic direction of the organization.
    5. Good learning capability and systemically problem solving skill;
    6. Experience in multi-national business environment is required
    7. Good communication in English
