- Manpower planning & budgeting as per direction from business and business HR head
- Recruitment & On-boarding: To meet the Divisional Recruitment Plan (end to end)
- Working knowledge of HR systems
- Drive Performance Management system (PMS), Goal setting, Mid-year reviews, Annual Appraisals, increment,s and incentives
- Drive Employee Engagement activities
- Implement & drive corporate initiatives in business and sites.
- Opportunity to drive some exciting projects within the business under Operational Excellence.
- Hands-on experience in Bulk Hiring at Sites
- Ability to handle complexities and multiple sites
