  • HR Operations preferable
  • Responsibilities include emailing/outlook, reference check, creating letters
  • Shifts – (9am – 6pm) or (1:30pm-10:30pm)
  • Early joining required, hence shorter/no notice period required
  • Create reference letters & reference checks of varying levels of complexity
  • Retrieve and upload employee records to and from the central system
  • Contribute to improve working methods for day-to-day processes and systems
  • Liaise with technology support teams and location partners to manage requirement gathering for projects and testing of new initiatives and projects
  • Manage and execute standardized reporting and ad-hoc analysis including monthly scorecards, daily assignments and ageing reports
  • Assisting in quality checks, researching and resolving issues, determining root causes of errors and rework needed to correct
  • Assume ownership and independently manage various activities
