Creation and Posting of Job Requisitions on ATS (Applicant Tracking System) within agreed TAT Manage, track and report all requisitions that are created and posted internally on a timely basis Internal application screening basis criteria within agreed TAT Ensure Generic mailbox is managed and all queries are actioned within TAT Offer Management - creation, and Extension of Offer letters to external and Internal candidates on ATS - Produce accurately and efficiently employment offer letters contract of employment and create/extend employment offer packs in coordination with recruiters Background Verification Management - Initiate vetting checks and track reference numbers Escalate to recruiters in case of any delay - Manage background checking process of new hires to include working with Recruiters, candidates, and vetting teams to ensure vetting checks are initiated as per the requirement of the role Updating ATS at the different stages of application life cycle
