1. Assisting with Day-to-day HR Activities
2. Providing Clerical HR Admin Support
3. Prepare employee HRMS Files and Reports4. Support for employee’s documentation work
5. Support to give a solution for HR activities related Issues
6. Give Assist to Payroll preparation
7. Handle Employee Grievances to give the best solutions
8. Assist with the Interview coordination
9. Organizing Induction Training program
10. Assist HR Recruitment process
11. Preparing the HR Official Letters
12. Organizing the meetings and preparing the Minutes of meetings. Core Responsibilities
• SPOC for all HR and Management related communication
• Visit and participate in the block level review meetings twice in a month.
• Handle employee grievances formally and informally, forward them to concerned department and follow
up for resolution.
• Play the role of Employee champion by knowing and counselling their employees as and when required. Preferred Education Background:
• Post-Graduation in Human Resources, finance and Accounting Preferred Skill Set:
• Good knowledge of computer - Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) •Fluent in Hindi, good in English
