Key Responsibilities
Anticipate and plan for long term talent management needs and trends
Work closely with stakeholders on key strategic priorities; provide input into aligning Talent Development strategy with business goals
Involve in capacity planning of learning programs prior to fiscal start and allocate appropriate budget for the interventions. Provide input into the annual plan and budget to execute learning and talent development activities
Design, implement and monitor Talent Development process to ensure effectiveness of process, tools, and ensure a strong diverse leadership bench for the future
Leverage their consulting skills to work with HRBP and Business Leaders to understand the business environment, uncover talent related needs and identify solutions to meet those needs.
To develop and administer the digital project portfolio for HR. Responsibility for actual deployment of digital solutions. Centralized monitoring of often heterogeneous digital initiatives
Ability to create platforms for smooth communication among diverse and location agnostic teams
Identify knowledge partners to conduct training on specific topics by researching and selecting right trainers, building networks in an industry in order to ensure availability of right subject matter expertise to meet quality goals for training
Should have ability to facilitates learning solutions, preparing plans according to adult learning theory and providing a high-impact, interactive environment
