hr technology & hr analytics manager in mumbai

HRMS Implementation & Management
o Manages human resource department and organizational needs for human resource systems, with an emphasis on the technical components of business needs.
o Manages full life cycle HRIS projects and the associated project planning.
o Recommends system design and configuration approaches to best meet current and future strategic human capital management delivery.
o Researches costs and vendors, and manages the RFP and contract renewal processes.
o Maintains systems to ensure continued operations and reporting efficiency, and resolves software issues.
o Ensures data integrity, system security, and testing of system changes.
o Designs and generates queries, reports, and dashboards.
o Trains stake holders and users on system utilization.
o Serves as liaison between users, the IT and Tech partners.
o Researches new technologies and system solutions and keeps management informed.
o Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.
HR Analytics
o Provides support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and predictive analytics.
o Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross- functional data as needed.
o Creates, maintains, and ensures quality and integrity of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics.
o Supports in identifying business challenges and use data analysis to help recommend/influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
o Conducts data analyses such as regressions, correlation, etc.
o Serves as the domain expert for human capital analytics.
