?Organizational Development: you partner with management on initiatives to develop and enhance high
performance, customer centricity and an inclusive, collaborative and interdependent culture of the internal
GbS organization.
? Organizational Design and Systems:� you manage head count impact of the program, ensuring up to date
organizational designs and systems. For this you work closely P&O business partner organization of GbS.
�You link people with business data to facilitate decision making around the GbS NextGen agenda. You
maintain an awareness of analytics thinking and best-practices and ensure that GbS is maximizing its use
of available P&O data and information.
? Change leadership: you shape and facilitate the change process where people adopt new ways of working
and behaviors and embed changes in full so that the anticipated business benefits are realized in a
sustainable way. You partner with management and P&O Business
Internal Communication: you support the overall GbS NextGen Program Director with his global
communication campaign and you drive an aligned communication campaign for the Global Service
Center in Hyderabad.
? Together with the P&O Business Partner team in India, you align the P&O multi-year plan for the Global
Service Center in Hyderabad to the strategic direction and you support the implementation of it.
? After the finalization of the P&O workstream of GbS NextGen, you will act as P&O business partner
supporting the GbS organization.

?Educated from one of the top Colleges in India (or abroad) with a postgraduate qualification like a MBA or a Masters
degree in Liberal Arts from well recognized Institutes (like XLRI, TISS, IIMs, in India) as distinct from part time
2. An initial stint of at least 3 to 5 years in a leading HR and/or Management Consultancy firm employing the best talent
� where the learning agility is well developed in strategic thinking, problem solving, data analysis, management of
change, etc.
3. A further 3 to 5 years in a Shared Service Organization exposed to the best global practices in this domain & industry
leading project streams within larger projects involving significant change management.
4. International experience or exposure
10+ years of working experience, preferably in international environments
? Experienced in leading global projects
? Experience with transformation and change management
