# ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSThe duties and responsibilities of this role: * Standard & Adhoc Reporting in SAP HR * Schedule & maintain reports in SAP Webi * Report requirement is analyzed and generated out of various sources of data. * Create analyses and reports based on data extracted and stakeholders needs. * Execute a quality check for all the deliverables before sending them to the client. * Perform data quality checks to make sure the reports and results send to stakeholders * Contribute to improving the reporting process used in day-to-day activities and in report optimization and standardization. * Maintain records and other related data or documentation concerning the reporting process. * Ensure documentation is recorded and maintained according to corporate guidelines and ISO standards. * Drive continued improvements in automating reporting and analysis. * Support on Visier tool usage queries to HRBP'S and Managers. * Respond to requests for data and analysis from Sr. Management, HR Business Partners and Business Units * Work with IT to develop the requested Metrics/dashboards in Visier to deliver HR information to HR and managers * Involve in UAT testing of Employee Central / Success Factors Reporting * Develop and deliver timely reports as requested, standard measurement tools and HR activity reports * Analyze data to identify trends and forecasts future activity * Analyze data against external data and benchmarks * Audit HR system data for validity and accuracy. Develop and recommend solutions to increase data accuracy * Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for delivery of detailed and accurate reports requested from internal customers * Conduct research and statistical analysis on related HR topics and queries# BASIC QUALIFICATIONSExperience:This role requires 3-5 years global organization experience in HR Reportingwith SAP HR & SAP Webi systems.Also should have knowledge in building metric tools and analyzing data foroptimum outcomes. Knowledge and Skills: * Strong working knowledge of SAP HR & SAP Webi system preferred * Understanding of the HR business * Working knowledge of Success factors Reporting will be an added advantage. * Knowledge of best practices in delivering analytics, metrics and processes * Effective oral and written presentation skills * Ability to comfortably communicate with Executive level managers * Strong systems capability including high level skills in Microsoft Suite products, with emphasis on EXCEL, ACCESS, WORD, PowerPoint * Ability to work from a remote site to support corporate initiatives
