the quarterly, semi-annual and annual consolidated financial information for the Company's dual listing in the US & UK. Details - - Location: Thane initially. This is a global role with potential for mobility to other locations of the Group.- Years of Experience - 4-8 Years- Professional background 5-10 years of accounting experience with IFRS standards required (audit background and/or consolidation are a plus.; Up to date knowledge of IFRS (ACCA qualified); Master in Finance / Accounting + ACCA qualification desirable Responsibilities : - Participate to the coordination of regulatory filings- Participate in the annual update of MAP (Company's accounting policies) and release specific guidelines when required (Accounting alerts, Accounting updates)- Follow-up on IFRS developments and anticipate the consequences for the Company through specific adoption projects and trainings as required- Provide accounting guidance for critical transactions upon request from units, segments or other corporate departments in different areas (M&A, legal reorganizations, financial instruments and hedging, leasing, impairment, tax accounting,.) and discuss with auditors- Participate to the yearly annual goodwill impairment test process- Participate to valuation work within the group including purchase price allocations- Review timely completion of statutory accounts of subsidiaries and interact with local auditors to solve potential local gaap issues
