 Complex- Indexing Specialist Location: Gurgaon
 Role: The selected candidate would be primarily working on backtetsing, implementation and
maintaining complex client- driven indexing strategies.
Pre-Requisites
• Basic knowledge of Financial Markets (Progressing towards CFA is preferred).
• 3+ year of development experience in MATLAB/ Python/ VBA
• Proficiency in writing Database queries with exposure to SQL/MySQL.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player
Following activities has to be undertaken by selected candidate: -
• Understanding the index methodology and develop solution design documents.
• Use MATLAB/Python to develop indexing strategies for clients.
• Contribute towards automation of various functions of the team to reduce manual intervention.
• Run index backtesting, setup, dissemination and maintenance.
• Producing project documentation and training documents. ...
