� Own and lead the target for Inside Sales teams
� Come up with a Inside Sales Operational Plan and reach those numbers.
� Train the team on all aspects of the Inside sales teams, review them on a weekly basis and manage the team
� Handle the entire sales cycle right from list building to sales closure on smaller deals
� Handle the entire sales cycle right from list building to fixing qualified meetings for the Outside Sales teams and the top management in larger accounts.
� Respond to RFPs and submit proposals
� Constantly feed the marketing team and senior management with inputs from the buyers and help shape strategy
� Good knowledge about the company�s capabilities and solution fitment to the right industries.
� Presenting the capabilities , proposals , defending estimates along with the Pre-Sales teams to help close deals.
