ServiceExcellence We are an equal opportunity organization with a focus on Diversity& Inclusion Please read more about us and our values athttps://www.lilacinsights.com/ Job Description: Instructional Designer/Contentcreator Reporting to: L&D Head Department: Learning and Development FunctionalArea: Content writing, Instructional Designing Requirement Immediate: YesLocation: Navi Mumbai Travel Requirement in the role: No Job Description: Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content thatenhances retention and transfer in both classroom and online trainings.  Workwith subject matter experts and identify target audience's training needs State instructional end goals and create content that matches them  Visualizeinstructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product  Applytested instructional design theories, practice and methods  Provide exercisesand activities that enhance the learning process  Create supportingmaterial/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc) for bothoffline training and LMS.  Maintain project documentation and course folders Prepare and review soft skill content from time to time. Skills required: Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructionaltechnology  Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models Lesson and curriculum planning skills  Basic HTML and Flash programmingknowledge  knowledge of course development software and at least one LearningManagement System  Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator)and ability to storyboard  Ability to write effective copy, instructionaltext, audio scripts/video scripts Critical Competencies and focal areas 1.Influencing: Ability to listen, respond with the interests of the other, veerthe other to a desired answer or solution 2.
