• COSO Framework
• Processes, Sub-processes, and Activities as well as their relationship
• Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX)• Internal control concepts (e.g., Preventive Controls; Detective Controls; Anti-
fraud Controls; etc.)• IT System(s) in use/ ERP Environment
• Other applicable common laws (e.g., Income Tax Act 1967, Companies Act
1956, Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, etc.)Soft Skills:
