We are themarket leaders in our segment with product range of around 200+ SKUs or so,whatever a kitchen may need.****The candidate needs to be a self starter with hands on ability to interacteffortlessly with Retail Shop Keepers and getting our products placed in thevantage points.****Sales Executive Job Purpose: Build business by identifying and selling ourproducts and maintain relationships with customers (primarily Retail ShopKeepers / Modern Trade Outlet). ****Sales Executive is responsible for meeting the sales target and ensure allsales and fulfillment processes are executed as per agreed time frame.****Sales Executive Profile:** * **Qualification Graduate / Post Graduate** * **Have good communication skills and business knowledge** * **Entry-level sales work / Knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of sales** * **Preferably in the age group of 25-30 Years** * **Market experience of at least 2 - 3 Years in a FMCG / food Company ** * **Thorough knowledge of the geography is a must** * **Responsible for opening new outlets - Ability to identify target outlets (Stand alone Grocery Stores / Super Markets / Modern Trade Outlet) and build business ** * **Distributor handling, searching new distributors, stockiest - Ability to independently identify, appraise and appoint a Retail Distribution partner in the chosen territory** * **Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers - Service personally his / her set of retailers and ensure their requirements are met in time** * **Ensure prime visibility of products sold** * **Follow FIFO at outlets to reduce/zero market returns** * **Ensure agreed Primary/Secondary Sales and Collection targets are achieved** * **Liaise with others on market execution standards****Skills/Qualifications: Self-Motivated, Highly Ethical, Customer Orientation,Negotiation, Meet Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Motivation forSales, Analytical Skills****Joining Time - Immediate to a month****Salary shall commensurate with the qualifications, experience andknowledge.****For more information on our products and services you mayvisitwww.24mantra.com**
