� Development, Maintenance and Support of solutions for the Microsoft Business Intellegence Solutions.
� Business Requirements handling
� Communication with Business (Cluster & Trade Managers) and stakeholders on daily basis
� Supervise efficient working of all Business Intelligence projects and analyze requirements and perform appropriate tests.
� Independently manage co-ordinationg on technical issues with escalations at appropriate levels across organisation for speedy resolutions
� Facilitate the prioritization of projects in consideration of competing business interests.
� Ownership on delivery commitments and SLA towards stakeholders are met
� Understand the subject matter.
� Best practice sharing on tools and techniques
� Ensure Documentation activity completed for every delivery
� Improve the platform together within the IT department, for transition from manual data pulling to automated feeds
� Vendor relations management
� Identify solution improvement opportunities and implement for optimal performance
� Recommend appropriate scope of requirements and priorities
� Validate that BI meets requirements and service level agreements
� Challenge Business when needed and be a good negotiator. Secure reception and clarification of requirements
� Secure specification of requirements if/when necessary
� Challenge requirements, including offering estimates (cost/benefit)
� Provide sparring to business on what can be accomplished (developed)
� Understand business need and evaluate the requirements
� Secure alignment with all stakeholders, including Business and rest of IT organization
� Secure continuous visibility and openness about solution

� Raise awareness regarding data quality as a business value prime mover
� Manage OR oversee data management initiatives related to Data Quality and Data integration.
� Drives the creation of data standards
� Own enterprise data quality and data management Key Performance Indicators
� Accomplishing Quality Assurance objectives through planning, monitoring, evaluations and reviewing actions, enforcing procedures
� Achieves Quality Assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews
� Ensure quality of scorecard and dashboards at design level by Pre-UAT test and quality check besides monitoring it till its release.
� Delve deep into the business, understand the processes and make use of the knowledge in the betterment and success of the organisation.
� Qualify the Scorecards and Dashboards for defined quality as agreed with Business.
� Monitor and control quality of scorecard and dashboards and its utilization (usage analysis).
� Design and Develop QA Policies, Monitor implementation of Quality norm for Inputs, Products and Processes across the IT process.
� Undertake regular checks and ensure that all policies and procedures related to data quality are followed.
� Initiate OR/and implement the data quality program for the function
� Benchmarking of quality against every delivery and feed back to business and development group.
� Ensure proper interface with Business and IT for satisfactory redressal of quality complaints
� Focus on collaboration in team through bridging business and development team by Quality Assurance measures

?Graduate or Post-Graduate in areas of Business/Information Technology with minimum of 4 - 7 years Industry experience, creating and integrating Advanced Analytics into a commercial, operational setting.
� Business Intelligence experience.
� Scorecard and Dashboard Design.
� Clear with Data Warehousing Concepts.
� Must have handled of Large Amounts of Data; Structured, Automated/Automation & Manual
� Knowledge of ETL jobs
� Automation of Processes to Deliver
� Proven Project Management tools, TFS, Scrum methodology etc.
� SharePoint Services including, Microsoft PerformancePoint Services
SharePoint farm solution
SharePoint configuration of OOB functionallity
� Excel Pivots, Excel Services, Publishing and other Advanced Excel Features
� SQL Server (relational databases)
� Knowledge of (SSAS) OLAP
� Knowledge of SSIS Packages
� Knowledge of SharePoint services
Advanced working knowledge of SharePoint API
� Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel including Macros & Forms
� MS Access and file management
Must have worked in Data Warehousing project and handled tasks.
Strong Technical skills from BI experience and SharePoint services perspective.
� Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to lead meetings with business stakeholders and technical peers regarding requirement � Ability to communicate with Business Analysts, converting the BI design into specific development activities
� Ability to do simpler BI development independently
� Thorough understanding of tradeoffs for various design options
