    Responsibilities• Design and execute asset management policies, procedures and processes for tracking and analyzing software, hardware, and equipment from requisition through retirement. Develop written plans, policies, and procedures to document processes to support the asset management lifecycle.• Maintain records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software• Define and maintain lifecycle support and implementation of tools. Provide expertise on Asset Management life cycle to multiple stakeholders.• Establish metrics and reporting for asset compliance. Conduct annual inventory audit and develop process and procedures to ensure accuracy. Maintain 100 percent inventory accuracy and function. • Manage global supply & site inventory levels. Forecast stockouts, understand lead times and recommend optimal ordering cadence.• Liaise with Finance to ensure proper accounting and allocation of access
