To manage General Admin and Facility Management (FM)
v Accountable for Administration and facilities services (Housekeeping, Security, Pest Control, Repairs and Maintenance etc.)
v Pantry & Cafeteria Management.
v Housekeeping Management of Mumbai office Ensure office cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at standard.
v Coordination with vendor for weekly pest control and routine maintenance activities.
v Ensuring maintenance of sufficient office supplies and office equipment are in proper working condition.
v Office stationery & printing (Printing of visiting cards, ID cards, and employee name plates).
v Access Control Management / Activation and deactivation of the employee cards, Monthly reports.
v Processing monthly vendor invoices on time for payments.
v Travel desk – Flight ticketing / Visa processing.
v Mumbai Hotel & Service Apartment Bookings – Booking of hotel rooms for employees traveling from Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Indore, and Delhi.
v Employee Transport Management (Mumbai – Pune - Mumbai).
v Responding to Service Now Tickets on time for quick resolution.
v Event Management: Ensure necessary support is provided on company events and festival celebrations (Internal as well as outside).
v Responsible for execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance programs for office equipment, furniture, fixtures, fittings, and items including carpentry, and plumbing works.
v Ensure prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication.
v Preparing Monthly MIS.
v Filing and documentation of vendor confidential papers.
