o Advance experience in Cisco SD-Access & ACI concepts, implementations, and
operational support.
o Deploy, support, and maintain mixed vendor network infrastructure.
o Develop, document, and publish deployment guides and SOP.
o Be a subject matter expert provide guidance to other engineers.
o Execute routine changes, provision services, and deployments.
o Fault isolation, service recovery, and incident analysis.
o Analyze network characteristics and recommend procurement of, and/or
modifications to network components.
o Provide guidance to and mentor junior network engineers.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively share initiative status,
issue escalations & resolutions, and other events as required to all levels of IT
organizations as appropriate.
o Familiarity with AWS and/or GCP cloud PaaS/IaaS solutions.
o Willingness for on-call support.
