 Responsible for on-boarding & Finalization of Contractors for different IT requirements like servers,
storages, software, CCTV cameras, automation products, networking products and services
(Cisco, Juniper etc), new software development projects and other IT requirements.
 Developing vendors, devising sourcing strategies, handling RFP, offers and negotiation with suppliers/
contractors for cost effective procurement and contracts.
 Troubleshooting and resolution of all the issues arising during execution to ensure the operational
effectiveness.
 Negotiate with external vendors for the best possible price and to secure advantageous terms.
 Develop and manage the proposal, bidding, and negotiation process while adhering to applicablelegal standards and codes of ethical conduct.
 Efficiency in process operations & meeting the timelines.
 Preparation of NFAs, Purchase Orders, Work orders, LOIs & Contract agreements.
 Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
 Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and organizational expectations.
 Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
 Identify, qualify, and select vendors of materials, equipment, products, or services, and conduct
overall supplier management Analyzing vendor’s behavior and trend to purchase the products at just
