Past Experience:
o Preferably with minimum 2 to 5 years experience in Production / Maintenance
Department as a supervisor in the Pharmaceutical/Medical device manufacturing
Industry.
o Mechanical Engg/ Any Engg Degree preferred
Important Software Skills: knowledge of MS Office and Excel

Reporting:
o Reports to Assistant Plant Manager and Plant Manager
Job Description: Production Supervisor
o Knowledge of production & maintenance related activities, shop-floor
management, quality inspection, manpower allocation.
o Planning of spares/ tools requisition for planned production & maintenance
activities.
o In view of production targets, planning of overtime for maintenance activities.
o Documentation activities like daily production reports, batch production records
(BPR), ISO 13485 related documents, internal audit reports.
o Responsible for breakdown and preventive maintenance records and activities for
the production division handled.
o Follow and implement GMP norms.
o Facing ISO 13485 audit and internal audit.
