- Electrical Operation & Breakdown Maintenance in shifts for all sections except CPP.
- Instrumentation Operation & Breakdown Maintenance in shifts for all sections except CPP.
- Responsible for manpower deployment as per shift schedule.
- Responsible for resource planning and spare parts management.
- Responsible for Root cause analysis and shift report generation.
- Hands on SAP-PM module.
- Reporting of any kind of Unsafe Act / Condition and take necessary actions for elimination of Hazards.
- Identify the Risk and take necessary correction action for eliminate the risk
- Strict Monitoring and controlling on Safe Practices followed by Self & co-workers
- Able to Manage, guide, supervise and develop competencies of the on –roll and off roll teams of engineers / supervisors / contractual working under him.
- Ability to operate the department within the budgeted parameters of cost, Quality, efficiency / Productivity, and output.
- Ability to guide and undertake continual improvements in the departmental activities / system / processes.
