job description

?Responsibilities :

� Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition

� Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

� Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

� Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

� Deliver service and support to clients using phone, via remote connection or over the email.

� Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers

� Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

� Working aggressively to generate monthly targets from existing clients

� Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

qualification

?Required Skills :

- Previous experience of selling Infrastructure Managed Services
- Person should have both hunting as well as farming skills
- Previous experience as Key account manager & Should have strong relationships with accounts managed
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Strong account management and relationship building skill
