To develop & maintain integrated E-P-C based schedule management system, reporting management system, variance identification - control management system & management information system in order to complete projects on time, cost & quality. Key AccountabilitiesSchedule Management SystemControl Management System Ensure the implementation of company laid systems /processes including documentation of DPR, WPR, MPR, Reconciliation reports, Quality reports, safety reports etc. Regular follow up & monitoring of reports being received from concerned team, collation of information & submission of summary report to Project Head in prescribed format. Ensure capturing of all project progress data, Evaluation of project schedule & cost progress, identification of problem areas & critical issues, analysis of critical path & constraints. Develop & maintain periodic status report of project to keep management informed on project progress. Relevant ExperienceMinimum 7 years of experience as planning & control engineer of multi discipline project.  Post Graduate in project management from NICMAR or equivalent institution is an added advantage.Prior experience in execution of Airports preferred

Responsible for managing day to day operational work of project and scopeFollow up with the site engineers of Contractors and or sub contractor to ensure that work being carried out as per shops drawings, specification & meeting planned dates in schedulDaily reporting about progress, non compliance and any delay in workEnsure that communication regarding any changes in plan have reached the engineer/ contractors and or sub contractors’ representative.Assist in engagement reviews, quality and safety proceduresIdentify and highlight possible risk on projectActively monitor the work environment for hazardsAccurate inventory and ensue that the supplies are properly maintained.Key Success factors along with matricesMonitor & Control site progress by liaising with Contractor & Sub contractorEnsure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriatelyRequired Experience 6-9 years of work experience with at least 3-5 years of work experience Large Infra organization Qualifications:Bachelors of Civil Engineering from an institute /University recognized by UGC preferred Post Graduation in Construction Management
