- Good Communication skills in English (Comprehension, Oral, Written)
- Jira Software(Project Administration) - Basic Administration part is mandatory
- Good presentation skills using MS Power-point
- Has some experience in making Purchase requests using Oracle/SAP
- Lab Admin is expected to handle support requests from Engineering and assign the tickets to appropriate Lab team members and track them to SLA (Asset search, Equipment Calibration, HW rework, HW/SW installation support etc). Tracking the support requests to closure, presenting weekly dashboards, continues improvements in the workflow/SLA, are essential part of the job description.
- The Lab Admin, can expand into additional areas like Asset procurement, which involves Lab Admin raising a Purchase Request on Oracle, and the entire procurement activity from request to fulfillment is tracked on Jira. Lab Admin is expected to raise Purchase requests as well as monitor the different stages from request to fulfillment from a governance perspective.
