**Job Description:** Manage team of 5-6 resources, Daily updates & regular interaction with teamon issues / Tickets.Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems inoperation,including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issuesand issues resolution or escalation. Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communicationand client relationship management in partnership with Infrastructure ServiceSupport team members. Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members and oracting as a subject matter expert. In depth Functional knowledge of the application(s) supported andinterdependencies.Coordinate with the dev team for recurring issues/bugs and get it fixed. **Roles and Responsibilities:** L2 Production Support Analyst working on Virtual Processing Center (VPC)/ The person is expected to have very strong technical skills. Key technical skills are: Sql, .Net, IIS and web technology experience. Strong problem solving skills with good communication skills, ability to workunder pressure with a high sense of urgency. Looking for someone who is proactive, self-driven and able to identifyimprovements as part of the BAU work to addressrecurring issues, close monitoring gaps, and automate/reduce manual work. **Qualifications**Strong Experience with Sql and .Net technologies. Understands the infrastructure of a Client server environmentExperience working in a Ticketing environment.
