?4+ years of experience with minimum 1 year as a Team Leader in a top performing Lead Generation group selling to businesses from the SMB markets to Enterprise customers in the U.S
Outstanding analytical, organizational and reporting skills
Strong presentation and closing skills
Proven track record in leading teams which have met or exceeded sales quotas
Proven ability to handle sales personalities in a professional and effective way
Strong leadership skills that allow you to lead by example
Extensive experience in managing numerous campaigns at one time.
