• Ensuring that all designs, drawings, and documents adhere to current codes and standards.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Monitoring the progress and quality of drawing till the GFC stage and ensure deliverables as per project schedule.
• Reviewing of shop drawing and technical data sheet from vendor. 2. Coordination and Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other disciplines (such as Architectural, Structural, Electrical and HVAC) to ensure integrated designs.
• Resolve clashes and conflicts after addressing design clashes.
• Proper coordination with site team and other department during progress of project.
• Attending design review & site meeting (As required) 3. Quality Assurance:
• Verify the accuracy and compliance of designs with project specifications.
• Ensure that the quality of work meets the required standards. 4. Project Execution:
• Oversee the execution of plumbing and firefighting projects.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Complete project closure with proper documentation and measurement approvals. Experience & Education
• Candidate preferred from design consultancy background.
• Minimum 14+ Years of experience in PHE & FF Designing, review & Coordination having exposure in large infra, industrial, FAB, Semiconductor, Datacenter, Pharmaceuticals projects.
• Must hold good knowledge in AutoCAD, BIM and REVIT software.
• Strong working knowledge of building, plumbing and fire codes.
• BE/B.Tech
