Responsibilities:
- Display ownership on pricing for the company across the spectrum from assets to transactions to any other product offerings planned
- Ideate and strategize revenue models and pricing frameworks for new Product offerings
- Bring to the table a Design Thinking mindset with the ability to experiment and arrive at conclusions based on data
- Price assets (underwriting of new assets) and work as a partner with real estate to identify next growth locations / markets
- Understand cost structure and ensure Pricing P&L represents accurate costs and margins
- Perform pricing analytics and provide insights from the data
- Assist the India HQ team on business planning, strategy, and special projects
- Ideate and iterate conceptually pricing methods and frameworks employed
- Provide market intelligence inputs and stay on top of relevant trends in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry relevant to the business
Eligibility Criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree preferably in Commerce or Mathematics (3-4 year degree).
- Professional qualifications such as CA or CFA/Degree in business (such as MBA) is preferred but not mandatory for this role
- Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a Business Finance or Pricing role or a similar function focused on revenue optimization/monetization.
- Prior experience in pricing and measuring subscription revenue models or experimental revenue frameworks would be a bonus
- Knowledge of real estate underwriting and experience in analyzing RE transactions would be a bonus
- A deep understanding of P&L, revenue recognition, cash flow, DCF, IRR, NPV and other relevant metrics for financial modelling
- Strong work ethic with an analytical mindset oriented towards problem-solving
- A self-starter mentality, and ability to work independently and collaborate with all meaningful internal teams and external business partners as needed
- Stakeholder management with Senior Leaders and exposure to working with global teams
- Comfort in working in situations that require ground-up conceptual thinking to structure and create frameworks for the larger organization
- Strong team player, acts as an owner and ultimately focuses on delivering results with high standards without compromising on integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and good follow-through
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
