2. CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
This section lists down the most significant responsibilities of the role which have a clear end result for the achievement of which the role holder will be held accountable (Maximum 3)
· Preparation and Tracking of Project Schedule in MSP or Primavera(version 18).
· Review & Analysis of schedules & Reports submitted by Contractors/Agencies and prepare responses.
· Monitoring of project and Flag concerns during short falls
· Cross-functional coordination within team & with Contractors. Attend progress meetings and track the outcomes & deliverables.
· Maintain Risk Register to foresee the possibility of occurrence and take corrective actions in conjunction with the Project team.
3. ROLE HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:
This section lists the acceptable education / qualifications and experience necessary to enable the role holder to perform effectively in the role.
Qualifications:
· BE Civil from a reputed university affiliated with UGC
· Good Knowledge of Project Management tools such as Primavera and MSP.
Required Experience (Incl. no. of years) / Exposure
· Minimum 17-22 years experience in Construction of EPC Projects
