Designation: Lead – SAP Basis
Location: Mumbai
Deliverables:
- Accountable for maintaining availability, scalability, and resilience of various SAP systems.
- Maintain integrity of the SAP environment by managing the SAP Correction and Transport System (CTS) to ensure all configuration and development objects are promoted properly
- Implement and maintain the multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment development, test, training and production
- Introduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance
- Design and implement an optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability
- Monitor and maintain SAP systems environments for optimum performance and be proactive in identifying potential problems
- Research and implement solutions for Basis functionality in the areas of performance monitoring, tuning, and systems configuration using the SAP Best Practice
- Contribute to the architecture design of the SAP systems
