Qualifications
Bachelor/Masters degree in HRM, psychology, education, business, and/or
related business experience;
Ability to demonstrate affinity with employee learning and learning technologies
Able to design and produce relevant training materials including e-learning
courses
Familiarity with e-learning platforms

Ability to effectively present information to clients, public groups, boards of
directors, employees, management.
Hands on experience in L&D with the sound knowledge of MS Office, also
worked on LMS platforms
Strong experience and knowledge in collating & designing performance data &
insights in L&D or HR is a must.
Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to
storyboard Responsibilities:
Design and implement a comprehensive learning & development framework to
support the business
Create learning opportunities across regions -in person learning to virtual micro
knowledge sharing platforms
Strong focus on capability building through mindset changes- creating IDP’s,
charting our learning journeys leading to identifying successors and their
development journeys there on.
Designing & implementing holistic L&D strategy to meet short-term & long-term
business objectives with focus on key areas such as growth, innovation, and
organizational effectiveness.
Device, implement and monitor all digital initiatives- communication plan,
enabling training, rewards /recognition
Evaluate program goals and objectives.
Analyze data to help develop, implement, and monitor process improvements to
increase efficiency, and constantly moves learning to the next level
