Job Description: The Document Review Manager's primary responsibilitiesinclude: • document review workflow development and planning • designingcontrols, processes and ways of working in a way which respects businessrequirements and delivers on operational excellence • supervision andcoordination of Contract Review Team (2-3 junior/mid-level legalprofessionals) • communication with key project stakeholders in the globallegal team and Legal Operations Unit • project measurement and reporting •first line of quality assurance of contract drafts and markups for delivery tomembers of the legal team and/or directly to the businesses and functions •delivery of document review tasks and projects on time and on budgetProfile Description: • Law degree and qualified lawyer (ideally in a commonlaw jurisdiction) with 10 to 15 years' experience • 3+ years managing documentreview or legal operations projects of varying size • Experience with use ofTechnology Assisted Review (TAR) in document review projects • Experience withcontract analytics tools • Strong multi-tasking skills • Excellent written andverbal communication skills • Supervisory experience • Excellentorganisational skills including ability to manage time and prioritise taskseffectively • Excellent and proactive communicator who can perform in aclient-facing role • Ability to work both effectively as part of a team andindependently in a demanding, fast-paced environment • Flexible with workinghours • Demonstrated logical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
