To be actively involved in Vision business activities & translate them in actionable support from Vision care, Drive End to End TAT & service level.
Main Accountabilities
- Inventory Inward /outward
- Order following from end to end,
- Ensuring maximum support for digital platforms.
- Follow-up on timely Support
- Stock accuracy maintenance
- Smooth Stores and Dispatch operation
- Organize delivery.
- Maintain and issue accompaniments.
- Maintain inventory at optimum level.
- Proactive info. to customer in case of issue
- Maintain stock accuracy.
- Issue lens delivery
- Order punching,
- Order following from end to end,
- Ensuring maximum support for digital platforms.
- Follow-up on timely deliveries.
- Divert and track orders to/ from other MSPs.
- Unpack, validate, and organize in racks.
- Sales support (outbound customer care/Sales team)
- Provide data.
- Supporting other functions (marketing, admin. SCM as and when required),
- Invoice /SOA reach customer as per timeline.
