?About the Job

As an Akamai LMS Administrator, you will be an integral member of a team responsible for quickly resolving LMS helpdesk tickets, and other LMS related technical queries. You will be critical in maintaining ongoing communication and resolving of LMS queries and tickets of our customers (which include the Global Field Enablement Team, Sales, Services, and other large organizations within Akamai). You will be working directly with the ticket requestors and stakeholders from these groups in resolving tickets and queries, or working on specific LMS-oriented projects or tasks.

You will work closely with the rest of the LMS Admin team to gain and share knowledge, deliver the best possible service for our internal customers and/or Partners, and value-add to Akamai by developing ideas or designing solutions based on customer feedback. As a member of this team, you will work in a highly collaborative environment to deliver excellent customer support. In addition, you may be assigned to work on specific projects as required.

About the Team

You will be part of Akamai�s Global Field Enablement team that collaborates and works with most Akamai internal groups, Akamai�s Partners that support our global customers. As a member of this team, you will work in a highly collaborative environment to deliver excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

� Creating and managing trainings, curriculums and certifications on the LMS.
� Planning, organizing, managing and executing the upload of content into the LMS, testing and adapting content as needed.
� Developing and providing reports on a regular basis to the management.
� Working with Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, Programmers, stakeholders to support e-learning, events and other training facilitation requirements.
� Running demos of the system and provide trainings to users groups as required.
� Managing the LMS according to established standards.
� Troubleshooting issues arising out of the LMS from an end-user perspective.
� Managing reporting, tracking and general upkeep of all LMS related activities pertaining to Global Field Enablement.

Qualification and Work Experience

� Education: Any graduate or post-graduate
� Experience: Minimum experience � 4 years. Last 3 years and current experience should be as an LMS Administrator or in an LMS role preferably in an IT or education-oriented e-learning organization


Desired Qualifications:

The ideal candidate would be:

� Conversant with the functioning of Cornerstone on Demand or any other Learning Management System
� A technical problem-solver who is able to work independently or with small team to solve process and systems problems.
� Effective in written and verbal communication and has the ability to interact effectively with groups and individuals.
� An Intermediate-Advanced in MS Excel and other reporting tools/systems
� Analytical � identifies root causes and can recommend corrective and preventative actions.
� An enthusiastic person who enjoys a challenging, fast-paced working environment and who can work well under pressure.
