Creating and managing trainings and certifications on the LMS.
Planning, organizing, managing and executing the upload of content into the LMS, testing and adapting content as needed.
Maintaining standard operating procedures and process flows for the LMS.
Creating, managing, and enforcing business processes for adding training content, learning paths and certifications based on best practice.
Developing and maintaining the training portal. Managing the training portal's editorial content on an ongoing basis to communicate up to date and pertinent training information.
Developing and providing reports on a regular basis to the management.
Working with Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, Programmers, stakeholders to support e-learning, events and other training facilitation requirements.
Run demos of the system and provide trainings to users groups as required.
Address day to day LMS technical support user issues
Managing the LMS according to established standards
Troubleshoot issues arising out of the LMS both from an end-user perspective as well as a technical perspective
Manage reporting, tracking and general upkeep of all LMS related activities
Qualification and Work Experience
Education: Technical qualification � B.E, B.Tech, MCA, Certified in LMS systems, or similar
Experience: Minimum experience � 4 years and maximum experience � 6 years
Last 5 years and current experience should be as an LMS Administrator or LMS Tech Support Engineer or LMS Learning Support Representative preferably in an IT or education-oriented e-learning organization
