Proficiency in English, no restrictions on majors, graduation from the top 30 universities in India, and an MBA degree holder will be a plus
Have the ability to challenge and inspire growth and like to learn new things, have enthusiasm for e-commerce operations, and expect the more stability and long-term working with the company
Be proactive and have strong executive ability, have a sense of actively follow-up and timely feedback
Outgoing personality, with good communication and coordination skills and teamwork awareness and have active listening skills.
Experience in the same industry of computer, communication, and consumer electronics will be a plus.
Job Description (Includes Duties and Responsibility to be assigned)
Create/maintain positive client relationships to build business and ensure high levels of client’s satisfaction through excellent sales communication and support
Order processing, product description, listing optimization, picture choosing, coordination with the marketing team, other operational tasks, etc.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries/issues in a timely manner. Sort out relevant sales reports; track, and analyze the sales of the products.
Evaluate and enhance the business by monitoring the market situation, tracking the sales actions of competitors, putting forward adjustment suggestions
