Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to lead and supervise our maintenance team in ensuring the uninterrupted operation of our facilities and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and technical skills, as well as a deep understanding of maintenance best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
Assign and prioritize maintenance tasks and projects.
Ensure that the team works efficiently and meets performance targets.
Maintenance Management:
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
Oversee the maintenance of all machinery, equipment, and facilities.
Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance needs.
Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance downtime.
Ensure that preventive maintenance is carried out in a timely manner.
Technical Expertise:
Utilize your technical knowledge to diagnose and repair complex machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements.
Inventory and Supplies:
Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies, spare parts, and tools.
Order and maintain necessary stock levels to ensure the smooth operation of maintenance activities.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure that maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct safety training and enforce safe working practices within the maintenance team.
Budget Management:
Assist in the preparation and management of the maintenance budget.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize maintenance expenses.
