The purpose of this role is to provide an effective and efficient Administrative support, manage
Capital Projects effectively and ensure delivery of minor projects as per agreed SLA with businesses.
Supports operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative
systems.
Role Description
? Initiate searching of the premises as per the business plan.
? Conduct Technical Due diligence for the larger projects.
? Supervises activities pertaining to vendor for the Upcoming projects and maintenances
issues at branches.
? Liasion with landlords for the contracts and deals.
? Coordinates with group level for upcoming projects for lease registration and
documentation.
? Coordinate with Legal for the lease & Agreement issues or any extension/relocation if
required.
? Looking after overall job responsibilities for timely closure of projects for warehousing
/Renovation/Refurbishments.
? Escalation point for HUBS/MH/OFFICES Housekeeping & soft services
? Coordinate with multiple agencies for timely handing over projects.
? Monthly/Weekly review with business teams on Projects Plan with delivery timelines
? Manage quality and cost control in projects.

Education: Graduate with Post graduate education in Human Resources.
? Work Experience: Should have a minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience.
? Functional competency to handle multiple locations with respect to Real
Estate/Designing/Vendor Management/Project Management across location
? Should have an experience in leading & working with large team.
? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to assert
strategic leadership, foresight and effective judgment.
? Should Sound knowledge of the designing, Schematic and conceptualization Skills
