Position: Manager - BD & Leasing Location: Ahmedabad Purpose:Responsible for leading the Business Development function at the designated city. Local & National level Business Development of potential clients, keeping abreast with local market intelligence and real estate trends. Contributing to implementation of business strategy & effective deal making. Managing & coordination of client site and city visits. Collaboration with key stakeholders – internal & external for optimum results. Responsibilities: Business Development:
- Articulate the business vision of the Senior Management into market strategy and prepare plans for multiple business segments. Create business presentations in line with the same.
- Identify local strategic partnerships across Real Estate business segments that will help deliver business plans and add value to the overall business.
- Create annual budgets and targets that fit the overall business plans and achieve the same.
- Conduct due research where needed and analyze outcomes for business plans.
- Lead from the front and collaborate with internal & external stakeholders for optimized results.
- Provide desired input for budgeting and achievement of goals through collaborative efforts.
- Represent the group with highest levels of integrity and professional ethics.
Deal Making Support & Process Management :
- Structure effective and efficient transactions that help deliver business plans, mitigate business risks and communicate the same for thorough understanding and approval.
- Prospecting, structure deals, including initial negotiations; monitor financial performance of signed deals, troubleshoot problems; coordinate with concerned
- teams; achieve Quarterly and Annual Deal Targets.
- Identifying and maximizing local real estate business opportunities in construction market.
Relationship Management :
- Build and nurture such strategic relationships which deliver sustainable value to the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stake holders to ensure 360 degree reach and output.
Industry & Market Intelligence :
- Continuous local knowledge building, industry networking, tracking of industry / market trends, competition, customer behavior, economic trends, legislative events & their impact etc,
- Keep abreast with developments of the sector and create opportunities for Brand Capital - Should be aware of local market dynamics and analyze and assess opportunities, threats, and solutions
- Following “Best Practices” for Business Development process.
Liaison:
- Maintain local level liaison with respective government departments/institutions as required by the HO team
- Keep the teams updated with major changing trends of local building norms/other norms or policies affecting the business
