Position : Assistant Manager - Retail DevelopmentLocation: Ahmedabad Purpose:This position requires for complete understanding and handling the architectural design docket of all airport terminals and their retail outlets design. Primarily the candidate needs to analyze and guide the space and design planning and implementation along with key skills of project execution for retail spaces. The candidate shall also be qualified enough to estimate BoQ’s and vendor management as per regulatory norms. Finally, the candidate shall be responsible for monitoring the execution progress of retail projects. Responsibilities:Analyse and guide space and design planning for implementation of interior design strategies.Manage schedule, metrics collection, shipping, inventory, and accounting for specified projects.Interact with concessionaires, contractors, and staff to communicate and enforce project goals and deadlines.Providing cost management and timelines for the design through the production with an estimate of cost at the end of the schematic design construction documents and comparing it to baseline.Reviewing estimates in line with the scope and work with the professional team to value engineers where appropriate and applicable.Providing commercial (Benchmarks from the market) input, validation and attendance at design page turns and through the design development.Preparing and updating BOQ based on design drawings highlighting variations if any. Assisting clients in pre-qualification and on-boarding of supplies and contractors.Requirement: A Graduate/Diploma in any discipline with Graduate degree in Architecture/Civil Engg./Interior Designing from an institute/ University recognized by UGC/AICTE.4 to 6 years of experience of Retail Designing, Project Execution - Interiors &amp; MEP Services, Vendor Management, MIS and Presentation.Proficient in AutoCad, Sketchup, Vray, Lumion, Photoshop, MS OfficeBudgeting, Vendor Management, Relationship Management.
