?Duties & Responsibilities Profile:

Supports the Global Total Rewards team by participating in global total rewards projects, providing input from an AP (Asia Pacific) perspective, and ensuring that AP business and employee needs are met.
Provides expertise in AP regulatory and legislative issues and trends, and provides recommendations and solutions for addressing AP specific concerns.
Manages AP specific policies (i.e. Car Policy, regional travel and home office) and provides AP input and benchmarking on global Total Rewards policies and programs.
Manages AP Regional assignments and supports the Global ExPat team in managing Short Term and Long Term assignments.
As part of the Global Compensation team, participates in job evaluations, compensation market pricing, system implementations and process improvements, ensuring the understanding and communication to HR Business Partners and business leaders.
Manages AP Payroll processes, vendor management and audits.
Provides the Total Rewards communication and linkage to AP HR Business Partners and business leaders. Meets one on one to answer questions and provides advice on AP HR issues related to Compensation and Benefits.
Is a key leader on AP HR projects, merger and acquisition activity in the region, and change management around compensation and benefits.


Educational & Experience Profile:

Bachelor�s degree in Human Resources, Economics, (Tax) Law or business-related field
Minimum of 5 - 10 years� experience in C&B teams
Experience working for a U.S. Based company, in a AP regional role
Experience with SAP/Success Factors and with managing an outside payroll vendor
Experience with managing regional assignments and working with a global employee base
Ability to prioritize work, handling multiple tasks, set goals and consistently delivers timely and accurate results
Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills are essential to success in this role
Fluency in English (both written and verbal communications) is required
