Translate business partner questions into optimal learning plans designed toanswer key questions relating to brand positioning, copy testing, and new product development among otherbrand focus areas;  Be fluent in key research designs, methods and analyses including but notlimited to qualitative and quantitative analysis;  Manage corresponding research budget to ensure that market research effortssupport business objectives and maximize investment;  Develop insightful recommendations from research results and synthesis withother data sources to positively impact the business challenge/ opportunity and successfully guidethe ability for brands to meet their volume and profit commitments;  Partner with Analytics & Insights counterparts to create compellingpresentations and POV's to share with multiple levels of stakeholders, including Brand Marketing, MarketingManagement and Senior Leadership;  Champion a deep understanding of consumers among marketing and extended teammembers, including advertising agency, sales, digital and media agencies and Research &Development (among others), to ensure that brand initiatives and activations are consumer-led;  Lead creation of brand audits, consumer shopper journey, and design targetsfor the Brand Plan process and ensure that this information has a direct impact on future plans;  Serve as "point person" in the collaborative partnership withexternal research vendors;  Ensure maximum Return on Investment for all projects and ensure results leadto aligned and actionable recommendations;  Negotiate, in concert with Procurement, favorable pricing and timing on aper project basis;  Ensure that all research adheres to compliance and quality standards indesign, execution, and analysis;
