JOB DESCRIPTION  Provides leadership to a 1-2 member team (analysts)
 End-to-end development of proactive and forecasting models (Regression, Clustering,
Classification, Forecasting)
 Perform multi-dimensional analysis to support complex projects leading to actionable
insights that drive human resource strategy
 Define, prioritize, allocate resources, track and provide status reporting of work
assignments, projects, programs
 Document the data landscape, maintain an inventory of reports and plan for report
consolidation, elimination and/or improvement
 Support leadership with oversight of team's analytics and reporting on day-to-day as
well as monthly functions; perform ad-hoc data mining and analysisQualifications- Required 
 Bachelor's degree (Computer science, Data science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Engineering)
 6+ years analytics experience
 Data analytics, Data science certifications
 Knowledge of data science algorithms and best practices including  Regression, Clustering,
Classification, Forecasting
 Team Management Skills
