- Employee Engagement: The focal point for all surveys including Great Place to Work, Gallup and Culture Survey. Design and execute comprehensive employee engagement strategies aligned with the organization's goals and values.
- Employee Communication- Develop and implement a robust internal communication strategy to ensure effective dissemination of information and alignment across the organization
- Onboarding and Induction- Onboarding Program Development: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team and department heads, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and continuously improve the onboarding program. Tailor onboarding processes to meet the specific needs of various roles and departments within the organization
- Training and Development- To identify and provide opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
- Measurement and Reporting - Establish metrics, benchmarks, and evaluation methodologies to measure and track employee engagement levels and the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.
