?This position is responsible for:-
1. Dealing with various Banks/FIs/Consultants to provide documents/information/standard formats for processing the various loan proposals.
2. Co-ordination with other departments for collection of information required by lenders w.r.t day to day basis.
3. Preparation and submission of monthly MIS data of ongoing real estate projects of the Group.
4. Compliance with all requirements for subsequent disbursement of loan from lenders.
5. Supporting with all data and information w.r.t. pre-disbursement conditions.
6. Coordinating with lenders for Annual review of existing credit facility.
7. Preparing financial projections/models/Cash flow for ongoing and upcoming projects of the Group.
8. Collecting and collating data as required for preparation of Project Information Memorandum, Cash Flow, CMA data, Banking appraisal note.
9. Checking and ensuring timely ROC Compliances w.r.t. to loans.
10. Preparing and collecting information/data/documents as required for completion of External Credit Ratings/due diligence/LIE/valuation.
11. Assisting in loan documentation formalities and various other compliances stipulated by Bank & FIs
