You will work in partnership with the leadership to provide commercially focused advice, and coaching to support, influence and challenge their thinking to enable them to effectively deliver their people plans. Your consultative approach will deliver best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with specialist HR functions.
As an indispensible partner to the organisation you will equip your internal partners with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively lead their people e.g. performance management, career and talent management..
