manager - hr reporting & analytics in gurgaon

As the HR Reporting Manager you will be responsible for all areas of reporting in
relation to HR data. You will be a subject matter expert in Workday reporting,
dashboards, embedded analytics and scorecards and will work with the senior
management team to provide data to support the business strategy. You will create
and drive the HR reporting and analytics strategy.
 Leads and provides guidance to the Global (HR) Reporting team
 Conduct audits and analysis on reporting practices by analyzing service
level agreement satisfaction and other important metrics
 Manage Workday reporting configuration as well as associated systems,
currently Taleo, Objective Manager, Enboarder, Vero and Cornerstone
 Configure reports, dashboards, scorecards, embedded analytics, primarily
using Workday
 Embed a self-service culture around reporting and data, incorporating
customer feedback to create an improved service offering
 Collaborate with external vendors and companies in the Workday
community
 Establish & maintain relationships with key stakeholders
 Provide insight on data to drive data driven decision making
 Partner with stakeholders to understand new report/data requirements
provide the simplest solution ensuring results meet the business needs
 Work with HR COEs to review and assist in preparing business cases tied to
new metrics and report development to support programs
 Design and manage reporting and analytical projects
 Lead optimization of reporting performance and keep reports tuned
 Create and maintain report catalog to enable end users to get needed
reports from Workday
 Maintain proper change management documentation to satisfy the
company's internal/external audit controls
 Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement (includes
increase in efficiency, quality, reduce costs)
 Benchmarking and implementation of best practices
