?Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Be responsible for the development and implementation of
HR strategy and talent management initiatives
- Be responsible for employee relations and employee
succession planning and development
- Plan, Assist and Implement and ensure consistency
Induction for new hires, month on month basis
- Conduct regular training need analysis to determine the
most relevant and cost-effective training programmes
- Works with the HR Business Partner / COO / Regional
Managers to identify the training requirements tailored to
the business needs and individuals PDPs; determines the
priorities and plans a 12-month rolling cycle to create a
companywide training calendar
- Contributes to the design, development and production of
training materials, documents and manuals to ensure
consistency and quality. Evaluate and Review the same on
frequent intervals to sustain in the dynamics of the
- Supports Regional / Area Managers with new store
openings by assisting during the set-up operation and
attending on opening day with regards to the recruitment
of the right team and training
- Works closely with the COO / Regional / Line / Area
Managers to ensure thorough implementation and
evaluation of the training programmes
- Manage and maintains training information on the
database / system for training reporting and record
- Be responsible for implementing, amending and up-dating
the policies and procedures in line with best practice while
ensuring compliance and labour laws are followed

- Manage and keep up-to-date all HR administration
systems including salaries & increments, leave, probation
and training. In addition, will ensure the full and optimum
utilisation of the online HR system
- Coordination with group HR head on Polices / Strategies
to bring in uniformity
- Mentor and coach line-managers / Area / Regional
Managers with HR issues and with training and
- Manage, review and update performance management
system and provide support to Regional / Area Managers
- Have responsibility for the management of all grievance
and disciplinary issues and will support and advise
management on disciplinary and grievance issues,
ensuring that policies and procedures are followed, and
assist in disciplinary and grievance meetings when

Masters Degree (HR or equivalent), Training Qualification &

Preferred Industry Not Specific � Retail could be added advantage
