About Role:
As HR Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for providing human resource services with focus on talent acquisition and support to the Head Office and sales branches, partner with functions at all locations to understand and provide appropriate Human Resource (HR) solutions. Interpret and implement policies and procedures in a consistent manner to ensure compliance with all appropriate local laws and regulations. Define and implement HR processes and best practices across all locations from employee hire to retire for all employees including employee engagement for direct and indirect manpower.
