?HR Business Partner / HR Generalist experience is preferable

Job responsibilities:

Strategizing and implementing the HR Polices
Working with the senior management to devise and implement appropriate HR policies and processes
Evaluating the policies from time to time to refine and improve upon them in line with the evolving industry dynamics
Completion of joining formalities
Planning and managing the induction program
Handing them over to the respective team post induction

Performance management
Planning and timely completion of confirmations
Planning and timely completion of mid year and annual performance reviews
Effecting the necessary documentation post performance reviews

Payroll administration
Work with the payroll service provider to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of employee payroll

Separation management
Work with the senior management on separation cases by providing requisite data and ensuring that the necessary exit documentation is completed and filed in the employee records Attrition analysis and working in tandem with the senior management on steps to reduce the same.

Other generic HR activities
Plan and administer generic HR activities like vacation management, birthday celebrations, budget forecasting etc.
Anchor suitable motivational and team building initiatives

Employee engagement activities
One point contact for all employee queries/ guidance on policies & procedures
Employee grievance handling & counseling- understanding of issues and advise on further steps

Employee data Analysis and Management
Updating employee records in the relevant databases as required
